Fixtures Announced

Gainsborough Trinity start the 2017/18 season with a home game against newly promoted Leamington on Saturday 5th August 2017, before our first evening fixture away at Darlington on Wednesday 9th August. Our last trip to Darlington FC being the strange 5-2 game, in which there were three penalties awarded in a strange game up in the North East. August Bank Holiday sees the first return of former boss, Steve Housham as he brings his North Ferriby United to the Martin & Co Arena, the return fixture with The Villagers is not until April, again on a Bank Holiday, with the fixture being played on Monday 2nd April 2018.

Recently relegated FA Trophy winners, York entertain Trinity on Tuesday 12th September, with them coming to the Martin & Co Arena on Saturday 14th April. Early promotion favourites, Salford City, visit on Saturday 23rd September, making September, like the others, an interesting month for the Holy Blues. The Christmas and New Year double header sees the Holy Blues away at the Jakeman Stadium where we will take on Boston United in the Lincolnshire derby on Boxing Day before the return fixture at the Martin & Co Arena on New Years Day. Another of the relegated National League sides, Southport, visit on Saturday 10th February 2018. Trinity finish the season with a home game against Tamworth on Saturday April 28th 2018.
