Unique Opportunity: Name on the Shirt

To mark the 150th anniversary of the birth of Gainsborough Trinity, the Holy Blues are again teaming up with Moving Forward Sports to provide official teamwear for the upcoming season. Design details are currently being finalised, but as a taster, the home shirt will be a traditional blue, featuring flattering side and shoulder panels, white pinstripes and a nod to our history, with an exciting new kit sponsor, to be announced in due course.

Be part of our new kit, as we give you a unique opportunity to have your name sublimated into this season’s home shirt, alongside your fellow supporters. With a throwback to kits of an 1873 vintage, this will also be a way of supporting the club financially ahead of the new season. At £50 a name, we are looking to sell a minimum of 50 spots, but in truth, there are no limits to the number of names that can be ingrained into the fabric of the shirt to last a lifetime.

With the popularity of football shirts, and the family nature of the football club, where supporters regularly don the names of their heroes on the back of the shirt, here at Gainsborough Trinity, we are producing these shirts that the players will take great pride in wearing, as they pull on the famous blue of Gainsborough, and the people they represent. Standing together with your heroes, side by side, one town, one club, one Trinity.

Secure Your Place

To secure your place on the shirt, we need to have all names and £50 pledges in by Saturday 17th June, just over a week from now. This will enable the shirts to be finalised, sublimated and manufactured and shipped in time for the beginning of August, and ahead of the PitchingIn Northern Premier League curtain raiser on August 12th.

To proceed, simply send the club a BACS transfer of £50 using the details below. Enter the name you’d like on the shirt as the payment reference. If buying multiple names, please either send separate transactions, or follow up with an email or message to confirm the names required. Please ensure that all names are entered is correctly, as this will be used in the printing process.
