Russ Wilcox

Russ is one of Non-League football’s most experienced managers, bringing more than four decades of expertise as a player, coach and manager. Appointed by the Holy Blues in September 2023, he quickly transformed the club’s fortunes, guiding Trinity from the foot of the table, to promotion chasing form. And leading successive memorable FA Cup campaigns.

As a player, Wilcox started his career at home town club, Frickley Athletic, before moving to Northampton Town. He has also represented Doncaster Rovers, Preston North End & Scunthorpe United, whilst his coaching career has included spells with Northern Ireland’s U21s, and at Burnley, Sheffield Wednesday, Scunthorpe, York City and most recently, Farsley Celtic.

Kevin Pressman

Serving as Assistant Manager, to Russ Wilcox, Kevin Pressman brings a wealth of experience to the Management team at Gainsborough Trinity. Following an outstanding career as a professional, most notably with Sheffield Wednesday in the Premier League, KP transferred his knowledge into coaching, where he has had a spell at Lincolnshire rivals Grantham Town, as well as with Northern Ireland on the international stage. Kevin’s attention to detail and commitment to high standards, make him a key part of Russ Wilcox’s management team.

Daniel Solts

Daniel is the Strength and Conditioning coach at Gainsborough, overseeing player fitness, physical preparation and performance monitoring throughout the season. A Sport and Exercise graduate, he began his career with Doncaster Rovers, before progressing to Head of Academy Sports Science. Following roles with Doncaster Belles and Brafford City Women, Daniel joined Trinity in 2024 bringing expertise in conditioning, recovery and load management to help maximise player performance and minimise injury risk.

Sian Lee

In her first full season as Gainsborough Trinity’s Sports Therapist, Sian has previous experience with the likes of Basford United and Grantham Town, prior to linking up with the Holy Blues towards the end of last season. Already a popular member of the team, Sian also has her own business: S Lee Sports Therapy, which she runs, alongside the treatment and rehabilitation of the Trinity first team squad.

John Myskiw

Commercial Director and proud joint owner, John is a local lad who lives and breathes football. He drives the football club's commercial activities within the town. Known to many as Misky, John has extensive experience within the non league game. Helping support the Board and Management team, John is a people person with a long list of contacts in the game.

Geoff Holmes

Vice Chairman Geoff Holmes is the longest serving member of the Trinity Board, having initially become a director many years back. One of the main men behind Trinity’s Sponsorship Packages including the Gold, Silver & Bronze Match Sponsorships and Match Ball Sponsorship packages, Geoff is also actively involved in arranging the Trinity Golf Days.

Matt Boles

On the Board of Directors, Secretary Boles ensures that all players are signed and registered with the league and FA. Point of contact for the Pitching In Northern Premier League with the club, Matt coordinates the team sheets on a Match Day and liases with opposition club secretaries to ensure the smooth running of game day. Darren Ashley

A popular member of the Trinity Board of Directors, Darren sets high standards in all he does. Actively involved throughout all aspects of the club, Darren can frequently be seen at Youth or Ladies team fixtures. He's a receptive director, who is always approachable with new ideas. If you have ideas on how to take Gainsborough Trinity forward, Darren is your man to speak to!

Kevin Johnson

Ensuring the sides representing the Holy Blues are correctly attired and set to arrive at away games in plenty of time, this long serving director is comfortable slotting into any role required on match days.

Rob Hughes

Media Manager Rob Hughes provides superb coverage of the Holy Blues, creating a professional platform for Gainsborough Trinity.
