Green signed for Trinity in the summer having most recently played at Handsworth Parramore. He was brought through the ranks at his home town club Rotherham United in 2007. During his first season with United he broke through into the first team after some impressive performances. Read Bio

Versatile defender Horton joined for his second spell at the club in the Autumn of 2019. A season-long loan was agreed with parent club, Doncaster Rovers, after the energetic defender impressed following his initial month. Read Bio

Another player who is no stranger to Gainsborough having only left the club last summer, Davie re-joined former manager Frecklington at Matlock last season and also had a spell at Scarborough. He is an attacking full back who likes to get forward and cross into the box. Read Bio

A fan-favourite, Russell re-joined the club in January of 2018. Having already played over a hundred games for the club, he is the highest appearance maker in the current squad. Simon also played 134 times for Kidderminster Harriers earlier in his career. Read Bio

Another experienced midfielder and under his second spell at the club having previously been at Lincoln City and Boston United. In his first spell he managed to help the club reach the National League North play-offs, with a 5th place finish. Shane is a strong presence in midfield. Read Bio

Midfielder, Middleton re-signed for the club in the summer having initially made twenty appearances in the last campaign. Sent away to get fit and prove his hunger, Middleton did just that, reporting back in fine fettle. Read Bio

James began his career as a youth team player at Sheffield United. After joining at the age of ten he went on to captain the likes of Kyle Naughton and Kyle Walker in the youth team. James scored on his debut for the England C team against Estonia in 2014. Read Bio
