Reynolds is a vastly experienced Manager at this level, having previously managed Bamber Bridge and FC United of Manchester and enjoyed a positive upturn in fortunes for the Warrington-based side, following his appointment.

The two teams played each other twice in seventeen days, last season. A 3-1 win at the Kal Group Stadium, was followed up with a 1-1 draw. Ashley Jackson & Jordan Helliwell were on target in the home game, along with Declan Howe, who got on the scoresheet in the away game as well. Ben Hardcastle was the scorer for Rylands in both of the two games.

Rylands finishing the season in 11th, with 56 points. Trinity finishing four places higher & eight points better off. There was a symmetry to Rylands' results. 14 wins, 14 draws and 14 defeats, and a plus seven goal difference. Four more wins, and a plus five goals difference was last season's Gainsborough tally.

In the Head to Head, the Holy Blues have the bragging rights. In the six games played between the sides, Trinity have won four and drawn two of the meetings. Gainsborough have 14 goals in the games between the two sides, compared to Rylands netting four, with Manager, Russ Wilcox looking back to the last couple of results his Holy Blues have had, when visiting Gorsey Lane:

"Warrington Rylands away on Saturday will be another tough challenge. We are all looking forward to the game and hope you are too. Our last two visits there have been positive outcomes. Let’s hope we can make it a hat-trick!"

Gainsborough are set to be backed by a superb following. Darren Gray is running his first Supporter's Coach of the Season to this one - and he has already looked into booking a coach for Cleethorpes Town away on Bank Holiday Monday. The additional following of Blues is sure to give Russ' side an added boost. Please back this venture in any way you can. The only way it can be sustainable is if it is continually given your backing!
