In the league, Redditch would be top based on their home form, with the Valley Stadium becoming something of a fortress, placing Redditch as favourites, something Russ Wilcox's boys will relish. A 3-0 loss to fellow promotion chasers Harborough Town and a 2-2 draw against Royston (currently in the relegation zone) will give the Holy Blues the confidence that they can head south to Redditch and give a positive account of themselves and be in the hat, for Monday's draw!
Strong, robust forward, Alex Cameron, tops the Reds' scoring charts with six goals. Closely followed by Reece Flanagan also boasting good pedigree, having started his career at Walsall before going on to gain further experience at Leamington, Hednesford and Halesowen - the midfielder has chipped in with four goals, along with Matt Warburton.
Trinity's goal threats of Jonny Margetts (10) and Lewis Butroid (5) have been in fine goal scoring form for the Holy Blues and with Frank Mulhern registering his first in Gainsborough colours in the midweek victory over Workington, Wilcox has a number of attacking options at his disposal. There's certainly options!
Can the Holy Blues continue to fight in all three fronts? League, Cup and Trophy, with Russ Wilcox at the helm, backed by our tremendous supporters - and the players loving to pull on the shirt - you wouldn't back against your GTF
C!

Following the conclusion of this game (straight to penalties, if level after ninety) the Holy Blues have an eight day break from action. Tuesday night's rearranged game with Leek Town has again fallen by the wayside, the Northern Premier League granting postponement to enable the Holy Blues to focus on causing a cupset.
Other fixture news, sees Trinity's game away at Morpeth pushed back 24 hours, in the aftermath of the Accrington Stanley, FA Cup First Round clash. This rescheduling coming after league had initially denied our request to postpone the game on player welfare concerns. Don't forget, you can get your FA Cup First Round tickets, by heading across to our ticketing portal and selecting your stand. See news post here.
