There are many permutations during this final weekend of the season, with key battles for the title, play-offs and relegation spots all still being contested, as things go right down to the wire. Tuesday night's game between FC United of Manchester and Stockton Town, saw the former ruled out of the title race, while Stockton edged narrowly ahead of both Trinity & Lancaster in the race for fifth.

Here is something of a breakdown of the required rub of the green Russ Wilcox's men will be looking for... Gainsborough can make the play-offs if they beat Hyde and Lancaster & Stockton both fail to win their final game. If Stockton win, Gainsborough cannot finish above the Anchors.

Stockton play Warrington Rylands away, knowing they could potentially meet in the play-off final in another nine days time. Rylands are already confirmed as the 4th placed side, but they didn't play last weekend, and run the risk of not being match-fit come the Play-Off Semi Final.

If Lancaster win and Stockton draw or lose, Gainsborough must win by three more clear goals that the Dollies, due to Lancaster having scored more league goals, i.e. if Lancaster win 3-0 against already relegated Stocksbridge Park Steels, Gainsborough must beat Hyde 6-0. A 6-1 win would not be sufficient.

It's fair to say, Trinity supporters may well be looking around the grounds nervously once again.. Trinity supporters are being encouraged to get into the party spirit for the final away game of the season. Fancy dress and Jazzy Shirts are the order of the day - in line with many club's final awayer of the season.

The Holy Blues beat Hyde, earlier in the season. Winning the game 2-0, Theo Williams & Jonny Margetts grabbing the goals that evening, while David Robson kept a clean sheet, saving a Tunde Olowabi penalty. Since then though, the Tigers have secured their spot in the NPL Premier Division for another season, winning three and drawing two, of their next six games. Wins notably coming against Stockton (3-0) and FC United of Manchester (1-0) as well as also beating Ashton United by a goal to nil, at home. It won't be easy, but the Blues will be hoping to complete the double over United... and then hope that results go the right way!

The game at the Project Solar Stadium sees the social club open from midday. Making your own way to the game, you can find the ground at Ewan Fields, Hyde, SK14 5PL. The game isn't segregated, though there is an additional charge to transfer to the main stand. Tickets are priced at: Adults £12, Concessions (including students) £8 & Under 16s £6, Under 12s £2 (when accompanied by an adult).

For one last time, in the regulation season, let's travel in numbers. Back the team - and do all we can to help the team bring back three crucial points. Trinity will be all in blue for the trip to Hyde United - so let's go! Blue Army!
