Gainsborough Trinity have moved swiftly to secure the return of George Hornshaw to the football club, for a third time. Versatile Hornshaw arrives back at the Dave Longstaff Martin and Co Arena from National League North side, Farsley Celtic. The 22-year-old former Scunthorpe United youngster moved to Farsley in the summer, to try his hand in NLN. Under the guidance of his former Iron manager, Russ Wilcox and another former Scunthorpe and Trinity player, Lewis Butroid.

convincing when Neal Bishop and Damon Parkinson came calling following one defeat in six to kick start the Holy Blues' league campaign George is available for selection in today’s Emirates FA Cup First Round Qualifying tie, at home to Loughborough Students - and is raring to get going, Welcome back, George!
