Andy Wood, the owner of Kal Group had this to say, about the ground naming extension, "Working and living near Gainsborough for almost 20 years, Trinity has always had a great presence in the town and as a business we are proud to support them with the Ground Naming rights for another season. Our Business and the Football club complement each other perfectly and are pleased to help out where we can to ensure the Club builds on last year’s success for the upcoming season"

Trinity Chairman, Dave Horsley had this to say about the naming extension. "Andy made a very big impression, in a short period of time with the football club. We are really pleased to continue the partnership, and extremely grateful that Andy is still willing to back the football club in any way he can. The pitch, and ground are currently looking good, and we are proud, as a football club, to associate ourselves with such a forward thinking, local business, from the heart of Gainsborough."

Volunteer Days

Three dates have recently been announced, as Volunteers Days, where supporters with some spare time are asked to come down to the ground and join in with a few general maintenance activities to ensure the stadium is at tip top levels in time for the return of supporters on the 16th July, when Scunthorpe United visit the Kal Group Stadium.

Included, but not exclusively limited to, there will be painting, weeding, cleaning activities, including the removal of social distancing labels in the main stand. Let's show we are proud of our town. And proud of our Trinity. People are asked to meet at the Kal Group Stadium. All equipment will be provided. At 10am. We hope to be joined by Russ and some first team players, following the end of pre-season training, with the lads also getting involved, so come on down and be a part of the Gainsborough Trinity family!
