While Trinity were beating Morpeth 3-1 at the Kal Group Stadium, Ashton were launching a stunning comeback away at Warrington Rylands. From three down at the break, the Robins roared back to win a seven-goal thriller. Jason Gilchrist netting all four - to take his tally to five in two for the season!
Goal difference currently separates the sides - that - and Ilkeston. Six goals for, and five against is the state of play for the visitors, whereas Trinity have scored five and conceded three in the opening two games. This one certainly looks too tight to call. With plenty of battles across the pitch, it has all the billing for one of, if not the, game of the day.
Wilcox is hoping to welcome both skipper Dylan Cogill and experienced midfielder Bobby Johnson back into his matchday squad. The return of two mainstays from last season’s side, is certainly going to give him some selection headaches, with their replacements coming in and stepping up to the challenge. It could certainly be a sleepless night for the gaffer, as he settles on his side, hoping to make it seven unbeaten across this and last season. It is all about momentum and keeping that momentum going.

Last season, the Blues only picked up a point against the Robins, however the season before Trinity did the double over Micheal Cleggs' Manchester based side. Games 
between the two sides are always interesting, engaging and entertaining battles - and judging by how both sides have started this campaign... I would expect this one to be no different!

It should be a cracker, with 11 goals scored in our 2 games on Tuesday night.”
