Introducing Our New Mascot: Trenton

Introducing our new, Gainsborough Trinity Mascot. Trenton the Dolphin. Trenton made his first appearance in front of a crowd of 512 people on Tuesday night, as the Holy Blues started off the home season with a 3-1 victory over Morpeth Town. And he is eager to get out and about again today, interacting with supporters young and old. Rumour has it, Trenton is also heading into Marshall's Yard, to meet some of the wider Gainsborough public & spread the word about our game against Ashton United this afternoon.

Meet Trenton the Dolphin:
We're excited to introduce Trenton the Dolphin, a new addition to our football family! All of the directors were thrilled to read the creative ideas submitted by the children. However, we were particularly captivated by the name five year old Ivy Barksby suggested, Trenton. We unanimously agree that Trenton is the perfect name for our new mascot.

Trenton is more than just a mascot; he embodies our community spirit and the values we uphold. Known for intelligence, teamwork, and playfulness, dolphins perfectly represent the essence of our football programme. Trenton will attend matches, and practices, bringing joy and promoting sportsmanship. He’ll remind us that whether we win or lose, enjoying the game and supporting each other is what truly matters.
