The Pics changed their manager at the weekend. Former West Bromwich Albion midfielder Richard Sneeekes is currently in caretaker charge, having taken over temporarily from Adam Stevens, who was relieved of his duties on Sunday. Trinity boss, Russ Wilcox, will be targeting an immediate return to winning ways. Eight wins and a draw, with just the one defeat in ten coming at the hands of Harrogate in the Emirates FA Cup, a really pleasing return for Russ Wilcox's Holy Blues, who are boosted by the inclusion of Danny Devine and Jack McMenemy. Curtis Durose, Trinity's other recent new arrival, will once again be training with the squad, though he remains unavailable, due to having played for previous club Matlock Town, in the Trophy.
The Holy Blues have made it through three rounds to get to this stage in the competition. A 2-0 win over Southern Central Premier division leaders' Kettering Town, a 4-1 victory over Clitheroe and a one nil victory over Chester. A play-off chasing side in the league above, has returned two clean sheets in three cup games. A steely return from Wilcox's men, looking to continue their FA Trophy adventure against a Rushall Olympic side that have played just the one game in the competition so far, a 1-0 win away at Royston Town, 
thanks to a first half Liam McAlinden goal.
Ahead of the game, boss Russ Wilcox, shared his thoughts on the cup run just ended, and the next knockout game, on the horizon:
"The incredible FA cup journey has now ended but we move onto our Third Round FA Trophy tie at home to NLN side Rushall Olympic. This will be our eleventh cup game in the two competitions which is an amazing effort from the players and staff. Again, I thank you for your magnificent support at Harrogate. It was such a special night for the football club. Now, let’s see how far we can go in this competition, with the final being played at Wembley. Please give the players your full backing on Saturday."
