It's Trinity in sixth welcoming fourth placed FCUM, in both sides eleventh League game of the season. The two sides go into this one, separated by the two places, but perhaps crucially, by one point.

Also, if both sides were to win all their games in hand - they would be able to topple early season leaders' Lancaster City. Russ Wilcox's Holy Blues have lost one in thirteen games and are unbeaten at home since the opening day, with three wins and a draw coming in the FA Cup and FA Trophy in the last four games. The Blues need to catch up a few games to bolster their position at the top end of the table.

Boasting a plus eight goals difference. United currently have a marginally better clean sheet record, in what could turn out to be a 'Battle of the Gloves' between Trinity’s David Robson and FC United's Dan Atherton. Both players joined their respective clubs in the Summer. Atherton and his defence have four clean sheets in six away games, whilst Robbo's Trinity backline have kept four home clean sheets in five...

Trinity welcome centre forward Josh Ayres back into the fold on Saturday. The on loan Rotherham forward missed out in the Hartlepool double header, due to being cup-tied. Aaron Simpson is also available again as Wilcox has a number of difficult decisions to make with with everyone champing at the bit. Wilcox's squad is packed with quality and brimming with confidence- ready to take on the Red Rebels at the Kal Group Stadium.

We're hoping to see another large crowd, with a cracking atmosphere, to roar the lads to victory. And look forward to welcoming a good following from our equally high-flying visitors. So. Let's give it our all - out there on the pitch & in the stands. And ensure that come 5pm on Saturday - Blue Army continues to ring out. Loud. And proud.
