We can now confirm that an agreement has been reached with a club competing in the National League North for the permanent transfer of Sisa. The offer received meets the club’s valuation and, importantly, provides Sisa with the opportunity to progress into full-time football.
In line with the agreement between both clubs, the financial details of the transfer will remain undisclosed.
As previously stated, Gainsborough Trinity FC has always been committ
ed to supporting player progression while also protecting the long-term interests of the football club. We believe this outcome achieves both objectives and represents a positive conclusion for all parties.
Everyone at Gainsborough Trinity FC would like to place on record our thanks to Sisa for his efforts, commitment and contribution during his time at the club. He has played an important role during his spell at the Kal Group Stadium & leaves with our appreciation and respect.
We wish Sisa every success in the next chapter of his career and thank our supporters for their continued backing and understanding throughout this process.
Manager, Russ Wilcox added, on behalf of the staff and players: "We wish Sisa all the best in the next chapter of his career. His development, going from a right back to a striker, has been a real positive for Sisa in his time at Gainsborough and we wish him all the best, next season and beyond."
