Post departure the manager commented, "We wish Ross nothing but the best. Again, the same with Kingy - a potentially awkward situation from going from assistant manager to player under a new management team, Ross has been nothing but impeccable in his attitude and application. Unfortunately game time for Ross has been limited and I think the best decision for his long term future is to get out, play some games and score some goals, reminding everybody what a good player he is. Ross is a very good signing for Cleethorpes and will hopefully help fire them to promotion."

All the best in your time away Ross, and thank you for your contribution in Trinity colours. Once a Blue, always a Blue.
